Summary: Subqueries should not be AQE-ed if main query is not

Currently there are unsupported queries by AQE. But if the main query is
unsupported while the sub-query is, the subquery itself will be AQE-ed, which
can lead to performance regressions due to missed opportunity of sub-query
reuse.
