i am unable to reproduce this failure, and curl's verbose output from the
latest build
(https://amplab.cs.berkeley.edu/jenkins/job/ADAM-prb/HADOOP_VERSION=2.7.5,SCALAVER=2.12,SPARK_VERSION=2.4.5,label=amp-jenkins-staging-worker-02/3094/console)
show that it's using the proper and valid cert.
