FYI: We have found a parquet issue that is a regression in 1.11.0. It is not
related to the Spark parquet 1.11 integration but we need to release the fix in
the 1.11 branch. So, we are initiating 1.11.1 as it is now. If the Spark
integration steps forward with 1.11.1 and find anything in parquet that blocks
it feel free to create the related jiras and we will initiate a new patch
release if required. Removing PARQUET-1774 as a blocker.
