Description: Change comment default value from empty string to "null" in
DescribeCommand (was: Change default value of comment in DescribeCommand from
"null" to "None"
Filed in Hive Table does not have a comment, when describe the table, this
`comment` field should not be "null" but “None”.
This is consistent with hive behavior.)
