With the release of the new streaming query trigger called `AvailableNow` in
v3.2.0, it would be helpful to also include the trigger as part of the pyspark
API. Making the trigger a part of the pyspark API would make it clear that this
trigger is an option for python developers. This change to the pyspark API
should be accompanied by an update to the docs (similar to
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/34333)
