Note that isn't on Maven Central, either, so it only looks useful for certain
legacy software. There's ongoing work in Log4j2 to better support Log4j1 things
(most of them are implemented, but given the lack of feedback from users so
far, it's still marked as "experimental"), so that's still a valid option.
