Summary: Use error classes in the parsing errors of partitions

Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:
* emptyPartitionKeyError
* partitionTransformNotExpectedError
* descColumnForPartitionUnsupportedError
* incompletePartitionSpecificationError
onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a
test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
