Summary: Use error classes in the compilation errors of properties

Migrate the following errors in QueryCompilationErrors:
* cannotReadCorruptedTablePropertyError
* cannotCreateJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
* cannotSetJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
* cannotUnsetJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
* alterTableSerDePropertiesNotSupportedForV2TablesError
* unsetNonExistentPropertyError
onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a
test per every error in QueryCompilationErrorsSuite.
