Description:
Migrate the following errors in QueryCompilationErrors:
* cannotResolveUserSpecifiedColumnsError
* cannotResolveStarExpandGivenInputColumnsError
* cannotResolveAttributeError
* cannotResolveColumnGivenInputColumnsError
* cannotResolveColumnNameAmongAttributesError
* cannotResolveColumnNameAmongFieldsError
onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a
test per every error in QueryCompilationErrorsSuite.
