SPARK-41040 fixed the issue on self-union for SPARK-39564. It was very simple
to trigger and it blocked the query, but due to the lack of tests for
self-union, we couldn't catch the issue during the work of SPARK-39564.
We would like to add some acceptance test for self-union on streaming query,
for 4 different cases, DSv1 vs DSv2 / DataStreamReader API vs table API.
