Description:
Run the following sql, and the date predicate in the where clause is not pushed
down and it would cause a full table scan.

id,
data,
date
FROM
testcat.db.table
where
(date = 20221110 and udfStrLen(data) = 8)
or
(date = 20221111 and udfStrLen(data) = 8) {code}
