Description:
SQLConf.caseSensitiveAnalsysis is evaluated for all (existing and added)
columns in an ALTER ADD COLUMN query. For a query on a table with 10k columns
and adding 1 new column, 50% of cpu time is spent in SQLConf.getConf (profile
in attachments)
