Description:
Rename sql/connect/common to sql/connect/client
Move connector/connect/client/jvm to sql/connect/client-standalone
Move the remaining connector/connect directories (bin and docs) to sql/connect.

Move the actual client to connect/common in the package
org.apache.spark.sql.connect. This will make it easier for testing, and it will
unlock (simplify) a couple of use cases where both implementations are on the
classpath.
This work should wait until we have completed to move to the interfaces.
We should consider renaming the modules, into connect-client and
connect-client-standalone.
