V2JDBCTest is used to test different pushdowns for JDBC connectors. I am
proposing to test these as well when numPartitions > 1.
Some of the pushdowns are not supported when numPartitions > 1, so this should
be validated. Other tests are tested for correctness, for example LIMIT or
Aggregation tests.
