Summary: [SDP] Remove comment field and references from Flow schema

Currently, SDP does not provide a way for users to see comments. So users do
not have a way of seeing them.
The comment field defined in the [Flow
trait|https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/57174fc57190eb93c473d428af8af0acfc49cf27/sql/pipelines/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/pipelines/graph/Flow.scala#L58-L59]
can be removed along with all references, after confirming that this `comment`
argument isn't being read by any other component.
