Description:
In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-52187 we have introduced Join
pushdown capability for DSv2 datasources.
In that PR, only H2 dialect has been supported for Join pushdown.
With this ticket, I am adding the support for Oracle as well.
