Chris Twiner updated SPARK-54919:
---------------------------------
    Description:
SPARK-49960 was introduced as a temporary measure to allow frameless and
dependent libraries an upgrade path while implementing AgnosticEncoder
approaches.  This work  removes the AgnosticExpressionPathEncoder as indicated
by it's deprecated annotation, leaving AgnosticEncoders (via Codec's) as the
only extension point.

ADT handling as a first class citizen is not part of this Jira and the PR
belatedly provided by Chris Twiner.  Similarly the encoder fixes unrelated to
AgnosticExpressionPathEncoder must remain unchanged.
