introduces killMarks to tracking the tasks's killing status but forget to mock
the killMarks in some test cases.
For example, test case [track allocated resources by
taskId|[https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/0caa27ba67ce4bdd14ecfbe7cbbdc7fabc489b99/core/src/test/scala/org/apache/spark/executor/CoarseGrainedExecutorBackendSuite.scala#L344]
] will throw an exception when running launch task. But still pass by lucky.
