Thanks [~dongjoon], good idea. Done:
* Resolved this umbrella with fixVersion=4.2.0.
* Created SPARK-56941 as the new umbrella targeting 5.0.0 (Critical, Web UI,
releasenotes label).
* Linked the 6 still-Open sub-tasks (SPARK-55769, SPARK-55846, SPARK-55872,
SPARK-55874, SPARK-55876, SPARK-55879) to SPARK-56941 via Incorporates. They
remain attached here as sub-tasks because ASF JIRA does not allow re-parenting
sub-tasks through REST; will reparent them via the JIRA UI separately.
