Description: {{TimestampLTZNanosType}} and {{TimestampNTZNanosType}} extend
{{DatetimeType -> AtomicType}} but are absent from
{{DataTypeTestUtils.atomicTypes}}, {{ordered}}, and {{propertyCheckSupported}}.
Adding them (with min/max precision instances, matching the {{timeTypes}}
pattern introduced in SPARK-51454) will trigger broader test coverage across
{{OrderingSuite}}, {{ArithmeticExpressionSuite}} (LEAST/GREATEST),
{{PredicateSuite}} (comparisons, EqualTo), {{ConditionalExpressionSuite}},
{{SortSuite}}, and {{RandomDataGeneratorSuite}} — exposing any gaps in the
nanosecond timestamp type infrastructure. Deferred from SPARK-57256 because
some of that infrastructure may not yet be in place.
