Today, `AutoCdcMergeFlow` throws a feature not supported exception if the
provided `
storedAsScdType` specifies SCD2.
Implement support for SCD2 in `AutoCdcMergeFlow`, by implementing the `schema`
and `load` implementations for SCD2, as well as implementing SCD2 specific
schema-level validations.
