Implement the ScdType.Type2 branch of AutoCdcMergeFlow.schema (and load) in
Flow.scala, appending the SCD2 framework columns (__START_AT, __END_AT,
_cdc_metadata) to the user-selected schema, analogous to the existing SCD1
branch which appends only _cdc_metadata. This is additive and dormant: the
AUTOCDC_SCD2_NOT_SUPPORTED flow-construction gate remains until the switch-flip
subtask, so no SCD2 flow is constructible yet. Sub-task of the SCD2 end-to-end
enablement effort under SPARK-56249.
