Description:
Umbrella for the ANSI SQL:2016 scalar/constructor JSON functions, which Spark
does not yet provide: JSON_VALUE, JSON_QUERY, JSON_EXISTS (query/inspect) and
JSON_OBJECT, JSON_ARRAY (construct). These standard names are supported by
Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Trino, BigQuery, and others; adding them lets
migrated queries run unchanged with their intended NULL/error semantics.
Each function is tracked as a sub-task:
* JSON_TABLE ([SPARK-58366|http://example.com])
* JSON_VALUE (SPARK-58685)
* JSON_EXISTS
* JSON_QUERY
* JSON_OBJECT
* JSON_ARRAY
