Convert `_LEGACY_ERROR_TEMP_3008`, `_LEGACY_ERROR_TEMP_3009` and
`_LEGACY_ERROR_TEMP_3010` in `SparkCoreErrors` into a new
`UNSUPPORTED_ARRAY_KEY` umbrella condition (SQLSTATE 0A000) with three
sub-conditions: `MAP_SIDE_COMBINE`, `HASH_PARTITIONER` and
`REDUCE_BY_KEY_LOCALLY`.
All three reject an array-typed RDD key and are reachable directly from the RDD
API on the driver, so they get proper names rather than becoming internal
errors.
Also fixes the existing test in `PartitioningSuite`: its helper discarded the
result of `getMessage.contains("array")`, so twelve assertions only checked
that some `SparkException` was thrown. It now asserts the condition and the
SQLSTATE.
