Resolving as Fixed during 4.2.1 release cleanup: PR #58698 is merged on
branch-4.2 as well as master, branch-4.1, branch-4.3, and branch-4.x; the 4.0
backport PR #59031 is also merged. Keeping the existing Fix Version/s,
including 4.2.1.
