In AstBuilder, visitQualifiedName builds a transform's column reference with
_.getText instead of getIdentifierParts, so PARTITIONED BY (IDENTIFIER('id'))
and, since SPARK-34586 (https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/58153), ORDERED BY
IDENTIFIER('id') do not resolve IDENTIFIER() to the column `id`.
Resolve IDENTIFIER() in transform references the same way as elsewhere in the
parser, e.g. IDENTIFIER('a.b') should give the reference a.b.
