 Kafka consumer releases the old consumer back to the pool after the
out-of-range exception, but pass the same reference of consumer to
`getEarliestAvailableOffsetBetween`, causing `llegalStateException from
org.apache.spark.sql.kafka010.consumer.InternalKafkaConsumer`
