I'd like to pick this up: revive the reorg from
https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/51305 (building on [~nchammas]'s work),
then add a client-side Spark Connect programming guide covering migration from
classic code, the config boundary, Python environment requirements,
client/server compatibility and debugging.
