Description:
Add tests for {{run()}} in {{{}python/pyspark/pipelines/cli.py{}}}, covering
refresh option validation, session configuration, pipeline execution, and
session cleanup on both success and failure.
Verify that arguments are passed correctly to pipeline operations and that
exceptions propagate while the session is still stopped. Reuse existing
coverage where applicable and add cases for missing behaviors.
