SparkConnectClientSuite "Check URI: sc://localhost/, isCorrect: true" binds its
dummy gRPC server to the fixed default port
ConnectCommon.CONNECT_GRPC_BINDING_PORT (15002), because the URI has no port.
If anything else on the CI runner holds 15002, the test fails with:

The test only needs to verify that the client resolves sc://localhost/ to the
