Add the complete microbatch reconciliation entry point for SCD1 ignore-null,
which wires together the existing leaf-level implementation has individual
stages for target-schema alignment, version-map population, within-batch
coalescing, and persisted-tombstone reconciliation.
Leaf-level reconciliation requires the target schema, unlike row-level
reconciliation. Therefore also get rid of the `Scd1ReconciliationStrategy`
trait and its abstract `reconcileMicrobatch` interface, in favor of two
independent reconciliation strategy objects that share some common helper
methods.
