Spark binary-compatibility checks still use Spark 4.0.0 as their previous
artifact version. APIs introduced in Spark 4.1 and 4.2 are therefore not
comprehensively checked against their released signatures.
Update MimaBuild.previousSparkVersion to 4.2.0. The GenerateMIMAIgnore class
finder also explicitly requests ASM8, which cannot visit the
PermittedSubclasses attribute on the sealed interfaces present in Spark 4.2.0.
Switch it to ASM9 so the exclusion scan can consume the updated baseline.
Validate the configured MiMa projects against the 4.2.0 artifacts. This change
updates the configured baseline; it does not claim that all binary
compatibility concerns are covered or remove existing exclusions. Backport to
branch-4.x and branch-4.3.
