Description: {{InternalRow.copyValue}} copies {{{}UTF8String{}}},
{{{}BinaryView{}}}, {{{}InternalRow{}}}, {{{}ArrayData{}}}, and {{MapData}}
values to detach them from any mutable buffer they may be backed by, but fell
through to the default case (returning the same reference) for
{{{}Array[Byte]{}}}. This PR adds a case that clones the byte array.
