The Rust Python DataFrame __getitem__ binding accepts only a string. Python
Connect supports integer column positions; four frozen client benchmark
positional-index cases fail in Rust. Add narrow integer positional support
matching reference behavior for bounds and negative indices, preserving
named-column behavior. Validate schema lookup RPC behavior and client-only
benchmark correctness.
