Fix For: connect-rust-4.3.0
Rust Python DataFrame repr currently returns only DataFrame. Five frozen
inspection cases fail because schema column names are missing. Implement the
ordinary schema representation matching Python Connect formatting and data
types; investigate eager-evaluation configuration before choosing narrow scope.
Preserve error behavior and measure schema RPC cost using unchanged client-only
inspection validators.
