Add focused SQL golden coverage for existing DROP VIEW behavior.
The proposed drop-view.sql test contains 44 SQL statements covering:
* Local and global temporary views and persistent views.
* Temporary-view shadowing of a persistent view.
* Missing views, IF EXISTS, and table/view type mismatches.
* IDENTIFIER expressions using literals, concatenated strings, and session
variables.
* Invalid IDENTIFIER arguments and malformed multipart global_temp names.
* EXPLAIN and session-qualified temporary views.
Include generated execution-result and analyzer-plan goldens so future analyzer
changes can be checked against the existing behavior. This is a test-only
change; it does not add or enable production functionality.
