createDataFrame of spatial values with an SRID that their type does not take
differs from PySpark 4.3.0: Geography.fromWKB(wkb, 4269) gives a server
ParseException where PySpark raises IllegalArgumentException
ST_INVALID_SRID_VALUE on the client, and Geography values of SRIDs 4326 and
4269 silently become geography(any) where PySpark raises ST_INVALID_SRID_VALUE.
