mhm. the aws ami packager doesn't seem to recognize R-3.2.1. even when I add a
rpm repo, it doesnt work:
yum-config-manager --add-repo https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/
ill double check with some collegues if they have some experience with this.
installing from source seems like a bad idea no?
