Description: SPARK-5680 introduced a bug to sum function. After this
change, when all input values are nulls, it returns 0.0 instead of null, which
is wrong. (was: SPARK-5680 introduced a bug to sum function. After this
change, when there is no input to a sum function (or all input values are
nulls), it returns 0.0 instead of null, which is wrong.)
