While assigned to me, lots of people helped with this and deserve credit too
—as well as everyone who submitted PRs (Michael, Patrick, and Cheng Lian,
Marcelo Vanzin did a lot of the heavy lifting of updating the {{sql/hive}}
module to work with Hive 1.x. I also got lots of support from my colleagues.
Now it's time for the followon JIRAs
