Resolution: Won't Fix
Resolving as "Won't Fix" for now, since this is no longer needed now that
SPARK-7042 has been merged. If you think that this Dockerfile should live
somewhere other than JIRA, please open a pull request against the appropriate
Spark maintenance branch. Thanks!
