[~srowen] Fully agreed with you, that's my first thought. Some people have 
concern that the best time will lost some information that some algorithm or 
implementation will be larger variance that others, for example, it generate 
lots of garbage, but GC it's not trigger. So we also include the mean time, for 
reference.
