Could not reproduce.
Installed clean WindowsXP Pro SP3, then Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express
Edition, then run "configure.bat /CONFIG:msvc-9.0". The project and solution
files are created successfully.
Could you, please, provide more information. How exactly WScript fails? Could
you attach msvc-9.0slngen.log?
