I found this while testing Storm 1.0.3 RC1, but I think this issue might spot
for all version lines.
When testing storm-starter topology with local mode (LocalCluster), after some
period it doesn't terminate even shutdown phase ends.
I took thread dump and saw some non-daemon threads are alive at that moment:
Async Localizer, Localizer Cache Cleanup. (I'll attach thread dump file.)
