[~kabhwan] The RocketMQ team member(rocketmq-storm origin author) have
contacted me before I start the progress. I will do some improvements and
refactor the code to let it follow other external module's style.
And I think storm "external" is an option place for storm-rocketmq to locate.
Currently, Storm only have Kafka/Hdfs/Kinesis/eventhubs 4 spouts, as you know
Hdfs is FS and Kinesis&eventhubs are cloud services. Apache RocketMq as a new
message system is widely used in many companies

also bring some users to storm community. What about this?
