Yes we will keep non-container solution. We are adding runc-solution as a
plugin so that storm users can switch from different solutions. In our dev
environment (Rhel7), we have one supervisor using docker and another supervisor
using runc. And the cgroup solution will also be kept.
Docker and runc only works on Rhel7. They will not work on Rhel6 because they
are not available.
Current cgroup solution will not work on Rhel7 because the usage of cgroup on
Rhel7 is different than Rhel6.
