## What is the purpose of the change Sub-task of umbrella issue #8994. Removes the deprecated configuration constant `DaemonConfig.NIMBUS_SUPERVISOR_TIMEOUT_SECS` (marked `forRemoval = true` since 3.1.0) along with its default entry in `conf/defaults.yaml`. Supervisor liveness is tracked directly via ephemeral ZooKeeper nodes and no code reads this timeout value. ## How was this tested - Built and compiled `storm-server` and `storm-client` with JDK 23 - Passed `NimbusGetTopologyConfTest` and `NimbusGetTopologyPageInfoTest` (3/3 tests passed) - Passed `NimbusClojurePortTest#testKillStorm` - Passed `TestConfigValidate` (38/38 tests passed) - Checkstyle passed with 0 violations -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
