I moved the relevant wiki pages to the new Confluence wiki.
The wiki will mainly contain information relevant for developers of the backend
and ui. For users and extension developers we refer to the documentation on the
website.
I think we will need an additional page with a guide how to release a new
version. Further I suggest to add a page with a description how to write a blog
post.
