### Body ## Description Following the changes made in PR #3152, the functionality to add static properties in the UI was removed. Additionally, the `CreateNestedRuleDescription` functionality was marked as deprecated. ## Proposed Action: - After the release of version `0.97.0`, all code related to the deprecated static properties functionality, including `CreateNestedRuleDescription`, can be safely removed from the codebase.
