### Body Make the CSV import of the dataset view handle formatted timestamp columns in the preview and report failed import jobs instead of leaving them running forever. ## Description ### Current behavior - Uploading a CSV file whose timestamp column contains formatted timestamps such as 2026-01-01T00:00:00.000Z, with a timestamp format configured, fails in the preview with HTTPÂ 500. The preview converts a sample of every column with its inferred type before a timestamp column is selected; the timestamp candidate is inferred as LONG, and new BigDecimal(...) throws on the text. - When the import job thread hits an Error (for example NoClassDefFoundError or OutOfMemoryError), the job runner only catches RuntimeException. The job stays in state RUNNING with zero progress indefinitely, the dialog keeps polling, and nothing is logged. ### StreamPipes Committer I acknowledge that I am a maintainer/committer of the Apache StreamPipes project. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
